I think of traditions as little hooks that attach my soul to people, events, and values. Traditions can serve as reminders of what is important to me. Sometimes, when life starts to get routine or joyless, fulfilling a tradition can give me an infusion of happiness. All of that is fine and positive. It can be difficult, however, to let go of traditions when they no longer serve.

Some of my work. This site will be a place to put pictures of some of my art, and anything else I find interesting. It'll take a little while to get some real stuff up here, but meanwhile there are some photos that were put together for a sample gallery. This was a test to look at lighting and the gallery layout so there are multiple photos of the same paintings. That will change and we'll be adding more paintings.
