Recalculating My Me-Made – OferMeSew!
https://ofermesew.wordpress.com/2016/06/09/recalculating-my-me-made
Patterns of My Dreams. The To-buy and To-Make list for my perfect sewing room I hope to have. The To-Write about list. Using all my scraps and reusing old clothes. Refashioning my old me-made items. I already had to let go some of my first me-made items on the move back to Israel. Some were made with a poor choice of fabric when I had no clue what I’m doing. Some are just not practical anymore. And alterings the ones I know I should alter. I should also try and document more on Textillia. June 9, 2016.

August 2015 – Knitpick. Raquo; Archive by month "August". One of the best things about running in the countryside is the amount of animals you encounter early in the morning. Aside from dogs and cats, you can see all sorts of little animals as well as sheep depending on where you choose to exercise. The other day I saw this picture and couldn’t help but laugh at it, a few sheep joining the 10k in Northumberland for fun:. 10k in Norlumberland, from ChronicleLive. Lambing season at Wimpole.

Making new yarn usable | Knitpick

Making new yarn usable – Knitpick. Raquo; You currently reading "Making new yarn usable". Making new yarn usable. One of the most difficult things to do when you start knitting/crocheting is to prepare the yarn and make it ready to use. You buy your first skein/hank and you try to use them as they come… but quickly end up in tears of frustration. Then you look at others using yarn and wonder how they manage… why don’t they have their yarn rolling all over the floor? My new lovely yarn. Skeins are easier ...

Rippled neck warmer | Knitpick

Rippled neck warmer – Knitpick. Raquo; You currently reading "Rippled neck warmer". So last year, after my Crochet Ripples class. By Joanne Scrace I decided to make a cotton rippled neck warmer with one of the simple stitches she shared with us. Loved to make it, but it was a bit more work than I anticipated due to the thin cotton yarn I used. The fabric is awesome for sprint, not too thick or warm but colourful and light:. Yarn – Knitpick. Raquo; Archive by category "Yarn". For the first time in forever I am planning my next trip properly and starting a knitting project to take with me and be able to work on the go. I am so excited at the prospect of spending otherwise wasted hours on movies on the plane knitting! This is how my new project looks, let’s hope it never becomes a long-standing WIP:. I am also quite happy that I found a good use case for some yarn. I bought back in April last year. Lion Brand Yarn Studio.

Tunisian Neck Warmer – Knitpick. Raquo; You currently reading "Tunisian Neck Warmer". After learning how to do Tunisian crochet, the first thing I tried was to create a neck warmer. I loved the tunisian simple stitch. Easy to do and very simple to grow a crocheted piece of fabric. This was my first neck warmer with Tunisian crochet. I used Malabrigo Yarn Merino Worsted. This time I added a few rows of a different stitch to spice it up a bit:. Posted 21st April 2015 by Gema in category Crochet.

This is the turtle when it rests on the bed looking at you:. This is the bottom of it:. We’ll see if she likes it 😀. New Baby, New Blanket!
