Ben, Alyssa and Nicole Dobbe. Tuesday, April 30, 2013. With lovely sunny weather today we couldn't say no to spending time outside! After the outside ritual of saying hi to the chooks and having a play on the swing, Nicole was happy to just potter around while I was feeling energetic and started digging out dirt for a sandpit. Today she had a hissy fit and while she was crying I managed to have a look inside her mouth (she never lets us do this otherwise) and saw that all four first molars were making their way through the gums. And smothered our blessing with kisses! In the afternoon we headed out to Wannanup Beach to meet up with friends, but it was incredibly windy so we didn't hang around for long. She would be very happy if she could spend all day outside and usually isn't very happy when I tell her it is time to go back inside. The past three days have been wet. very wet! Too wet to go outside! I lost count of how many times Nicole came up to me asking to go outside, or she would stand at the back door and cry! Saying hi to the chooks. Taking me to the swing.
