It is a cut of beef from the rib section and is considered to be one of the best cut due to the muscle that gets lots of exercise during its life. Its marbling of fat also leaves the taste of softness in your mouth. There are three kinds of pork; pork fillet, pork shoulder and pork belly for you to choose. We also provide you chicken breast and dolly fish.

Today the owners of GyuButa Shabu Restaurant themselves sell sushi together with Chicken Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken), Gyoza ( Pan-Fried Pork Dumpling. Edamame ( Japanese Soybean. Monday, November 26, 2012. Q&A with an Expert! Today, as I walk along Soi Sukhumvit 22, I see a small Japanese restaurant called Koto. The decoration there is amazing, so I walk in. Inside, it doesn't look like a restaurant that much. I feel like it's a Japanese cartoon book rental store, because they decorated it with lots of books on the shelf.
