Life is great as i pass coach training test. I got like 234/299,the passing mark is like 224. At first, I thought i will not make it but i make it at last. This add a new role for my Jod and space up my Job zone,. Besides trainning assitant and also indoor coaches. I also going for the outdoor coache trainning.

When crosses your path. 16 June, 2009. It must have been the too-long-never-exercise syndrome taking its toll on me. I’m feeling so drained after a session of few hours badminton and in addition of work. Supposed to meet YS 9am at YCK control station this morning, however only to find myself woken up by my mum at 832am-.-. Reached at around 10am, and played all the way till close to 2pm. I swear I haven’t been exercising in this way for a long time now. So, the best alternative exercise would be BADMINTON.
