Paris Needs A Superhero. Thursday, July 26, 2007. PEDC extends $1.5 million in incentive payments to C-Tech in 2003 and agrees that if C-tech repays 500,000 the rest will be forgiven. Is this the way we want our tax money spent? Our local businesses would like a deal like this. It may be time for PEDC to undergo a change. It seems no one is accountable for the mistakes made by the PEDC. Doe the PEDC have an annual audit? If so if someone can obtain a copy I will place it on this site. Links to this post.
