Uganda : Do Something. A friend of mine is in the process of completing a 25 before 25 list and I love the idea but since I'm well past 25 years old, I've come up with a 30 before 30 list! I have a little less then 3 years to complete and will try to tackle about 10 things a year to stay on track. Here's the list, I'll keep you updated on my progress and hopefully making the list public will keep me accountable. Make a conscious effort to seek joy, focusing on the blessings and keep a blessings journal.

At the start of semester two, he received his white medical coat to start clinical practice. The detergent is great and really washes completely out of our cloth diapers, which can be hard task with regular detergent. Tuesday, August 11, 2009. On Saturday, we took Avery to an event that Jeremy's work was participating called "Touch a Truck". It was really hot, so we didn't stay long but we did get some pictures of Avery with the mini version of daddy's trucks. :). Its a fully functioning truck and go up to 60 mph! Friday, May 8, 2009. Last week we went to Topsail Isand, NC to visit Avery's great grandma. Cari drove up from Tampa and joined us for the road trip. Avery hadn't been to the beach since she was 6 weeks old, so it was a brand new experience for her. She was a little unsure of everything at first, but soon learned to love the water and sand! Avery loved the furniture, it was just low enough that she could climb into it and play. A couple weeks ago, we had our first non-family house guests!
