Friday, November 28, 2014. As always, I am thankful for my family. This year, we all gathered at my parents’ house (every stinkin’ member of my mom’s side—23 in all! For plenty of food, wine, and lots of family time. It was crazy, it was loud, and it was lovely. Fam bam—with my cousin Caitlin. And the ever-darling Nova, of course. She was Mimi's helper in the kitchen. Good work, Mama! Love this little Boo-Boo! And we all got to meet the newest member of the Christensen clan:. Boy oh boy, is he darling!

Since it is February and since I love chocolate and raspberries together, I decided to go with a Valentine's Day theme. Feeling very lazy, though, I bought a package of brownie bites at the grocery store. Luckily, the raspberries happened to be beautiful, so I grabbed a package. Life in the food lane. Saturday, June 8, 2013. When my son was little, he loved Cheerios. He loved them so much my sister called him Christian-oat-e-os. When he was still a toddler, we were invited to a family potluck. While looking for a dessert to take, I came upon this recipe- was it on the Cheerios box? Or the Marshmallows package? It's too long ago to remember. But I took these treats to the potluck and they were a smash hit! Makes about 18 treats. 1 (10 ounce) bag marshmallows. 1/2 cup peanut butter.
