They didn’t emphasize that in order to lose weight you have to consume less calories than you put out. Instead it was “studies show that working out makes you fat.”. So yes, you might be starving after a work out, and need something to eat. The article should have addressed the right foods to eat pre and post work out that maximize their benefit to the body.
