Monday, February 5, 2007. The last warm place I visited. I'm writing about SAIPAN. Saipan is an island in the Western Pacific Ocean. It is the principal locality of the U.S. Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Saipan and its neighboring islands are close to Asia, on the Pacific Rim. They nonetheless share little of the culture of Asia or the U.S. Traditionally run by families, the "society" models its government after that of the United States - to a point ". I visited Saipan over 20 times.

You need the following ingredients:a half kilo rice powder,one and half kilo radish silk,150grams of meat,about two or three teaspoons small of shrimps,two teaspoons onion,three cups of water,two spoons of cassava,half spoon of salt and one spoon pepper to taste.
