I like to prepare this dish during my busy days because it takes less then 30 minutes to prepare and it tastes amazing. This is a perfect recipe for those who want that perfect dinner at least once a week yet have no time to cook. 1 Jar or 16 oz of Sauerkraut. 2 Cups of chopped Italia sausage (you may also use Polish Sausage). 1 Carrot (finely grated).
