We had the most amazing sign on October 9th! Yvonne was walking to school to pick up Rebecca that afternoon when out of no where a pink balloon floated down in front of her. It gracefully swirled around her and waited for her to pick it up! We love and appreciate you all so very much,. Yvonne, Al, Courtney and Rebecca.

Sincerely, Yvonne, Allen, Courtney and Rebecca Toney. Status of the Inquiry. November 19, 2008. September 11, 2009. Almost one full year after the incident, we have been notified that the Fatality Review Board has recommended an inquiry into Janessa's death. The next step is for the file to be sent to the office of the Alberta Justice and Attorney General. Once received, an Order to a Judge will be prepared after which they will start requesting disclosure. Our journey continues. September 19, 2009.
