Bossman's Bitz Box: Why the lack or posts?
http://bossmansbitzbox.blogspot.com/2010/10/why-lack-or-posts.html
Wednesday, October 27, 2010. Why the lack or posts? Over the summer I would set aside my Xacto knife and bitz and get out into the fresh air and go hiking, camping and hit people with swords. I participate in Live Action Role Playing. The LARP I currently play is called Alliance. Well, in gaming figurines, of course! I found lion heads that I could modify and make into a lions head bas relief. I sculpted the rest of the lions head out with a non-drying clay and set to making a mold so I could resin c...

Bossman's Bitz Box: Trucks!
http://bossmansbitzbox.blogspot.com/2014/03/trucks.html
Saturday, March 15, 2014. I wanted to show some of the work I have done for some of my other Vostroyan Vth vehicles. I really liked what Dave Taylor did when he redesigned the Imperial Guard Chimera vehicle (See it Here! The look of the truck is a great way of showing another version of a chimera with a front armor of 12 but the rest AV 10. His work on his trucks are exactly what I would expect for the Cadians, or any other imperial army with more standardized equipment. I framed out the cab in plastic c...

Bossman's Bitz Box: February 2010
http://bossmansbitzbox.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 27, 2010. Welcome one and all! For some time now I have been modeling and converting figures. I have most spent time converting predominantly warhammer 40,000 figures. I love the Imperial Guard. For the romanticism of basic humans defending the Imperium without genetic modification, and without the coolest technology to help them in their noble task. But I also love the look of them! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Blogs of honerable mention. GW’s Best Deal Yet? Musings of a Metal Mind.

In our letter "this week at the guild" we have begun a "tale of four gamers" series of articles. We have had a great response to our call and a bunch of the guys are committing to doing pre-heresy armies. I had promised to do the Thousand Sons when I got other guys to begin making pre-heresy stuff as well. Monday, March 22, 2010. The reason I am writing all of this? Hey Apoc g...

Fort Buyaki: November 2010
http://fortbuyaki.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 3, 2010. I took on a commission recently to sculpt a 13th Company Wolf Lord based off the new plastic Daemon Prince model. My job is to kit him out with hair aplenty, a new wolf greave on the right forearm, and a howling wolf head. The model is coming along quite nicely and you'll notice the basic structure of the head and mouth. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Bell of Lost Souls.
