Friday, March 30, 2012. Baking a Baby - 24 Weeks. It's been 6 weeks since my last pregnancy update, it felt like it was time to do another one. This pregnancy, as challenging as it is, still feels like it is flying by, so fast. So, off we go! As of our last growth check ultrasound and echo-cardiogram, she was small, but within size for her age- the 20th percentile. We will take it! Her heart looks healthy (Praise the Lord! And she is wiggly and squirmy, and on track. Yay! I'm doing pretty well there....

Monday, August 27, 2012. It was a magical slow sunset with many phases and colors. Also, there were a few seals, and a few dorsal fins that went by (someone said dolphins- all I saw was dorsals so I'm not going to claim to know what they were attached to), and you could see fish jumping everywhere you looked. Sadly, the resident Bald Eagle that's usually perched in his tree wasn't there tonight, but the other wildlife made up for it a bit. The apex of the sunset. The old lighthouse keeper's cottage.

Thursday, May 22, 2014. Spring, lovely Spring. Last winter was a doozy. "The Long Winter" we are calling it. And spring has been slow.
