We offer arts based groups for adults with mental health problems. Groups are normally 2 hour sessions that people can attend each week. Groups such as open studio art groups, creative writing and mixed media groups based on a theme are often on offer. 12 noon – 2PM. ART STUDIO TUES 12.30. 8211; 2.30PM. CREATIVE WRITING WED 12.
