Tuesday, May 24, 2011. I've made a few poor food choices lately. I got an awesome deal on some all natural potato chips (they were free! So I bought them. And ate them. Not much, maybe half a bag over the past month, but I think that was too much. I also ate some Easter candy - which gave me my first experience with dumping syndrome. And the sunny side of things…. 1 month in…. How awesome is that! I weighed this morning just for my monthversary….and I reached my goal, which was to be out of the 230’s! I’m so excited! I’ve been to the gym everyday this week burning at least 600 cals per workout.I want to make sure that as the weight comes off that I’m tone and tight. For those of us out there who dye are hair, why do we dye it? So I got to thinking what I would look like if I just grew it out and faced up to the fact that I will be a white hairs lady before i thought.
