Thea Turnip: June 2011

http://theaturnip.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html

Sunday, June 05, 2011. I have almost cleaned off my needles. There is still a list of things to do, but they haven't been cast-on yet. First here is the group of us in the tutus from the last post. We performed well with no major issues or injuries and had fun, so that passes all of my criteria. It was a lot of work for 2 minutes of dance, but well worth it. I also finished up the afghan for Warm-up America. Last year's was very ugly, so I made this one all myself instead of sewing up mis. Teddy Bear (61...

Thea Turnip: August 2011

http://theaturnip.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html

Saturday, August 20, 2011. About to begin the new school year. News, school starts next week for Nathaniel and I can't believe how time has flown. This summer was packed with events- trip to Yosmite. Cub scout camp, a week at the farm, and a ballet performance. The trip to Yosmite. Started off a bit bad with an unplanned night of sleep on the Augusta airport floor and only one day in San Fransisco. The weather was wonderful, but caused a few sunburns. We came home with only. Were not a polished group, bu...

Thea Turnip: September 2011

http://theaturnip.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html

Saturday, September 17, 2011. It is finally fall. I love the return of cooler weather. Now I can wear the sweater I just finished. Green Apple Bohus sweater with a reduced number of colors. I used KnitPicks Palette, but instead of 5 shades of red/pink used only 3. The hardest parts were the rounds with 3 colors being used. The sleeves and body knit quickly and I didn't get bored. I also finished spinning my Tour-de-Fleece project:. Night Owl, Merino, Spunky Eclectic club, 803 yds, 4oz. I got this at The ...

Kish's Korner: Finally, Something Finished!

http://kishskorner.blogspot.com/2008/06/finally-something-finished.html

A quiet knitting retreat. Wednesday, June 04, 2008. Finally, Something Finished! Well I finally got something finished! I did the Summer Fun Tote pattern from the Creative Knitting magazine (May 2008). I love how it turned out. I also like the fact that I could use up stash yarn and pastic bags. I am now working on the larger size bag from the same pattern. Posted by Kish @ 8:28 PM. Wait, did you say/mean plastic bags? Did the pattern use plastic bags? And 2 sorry for the confusion/babbling.

A quiet knitting retreat. Tuesday, July 22, 2008. I was pleased today to find a pattern I had made on Ravelry. I am absolutely loving Ravelry and the wealth of patterns! Posted by Kish @ 4:42 PM. Are you comming to the Dublin Irish Fest? Ohio, United States. View my complete profile. Make your own badge here. Kish's Korner: EEP! She's Back!

http://kishskorner.blogspot.com/2007/03/eep-shes-back.html

A quiet knitting retreat. Monday, March 12, 2007. Ok, I am still here. Sorry for such the long time in posting. Thea. I know you'll be happy to read something new on here! On the knitting front:. I have been pretty busy knitting some knew items. Some I'm even designing myself. I'll get pictures posted when they are more "presentable". I also started up a knitting group at work. I was surprised to learn how many other teachers knit/crochet or want to learn how. And everything in between:. I am hoping to h...

A quiet knitting retreat. Friday, September 08, 2006. On My Feet Again. So I am back home and on my feet! I am still going to therapy 3 times a week, and have not been allowed to start back to work yet. However I have managed to do some decorating since being home and creating this cute little pumpkin. I also received a kitchen table compliments of BF's Granny. I have wanted a table for so long! Here it is all decked out. I also did the dining room, I am feeling quite festive :). http://kishskorner.blogspot.com/2006_05_01_archive.html

A quiet knitting retreat. Sunday, May 28, 2006. I had another competition today with the Irish Girls and despite our general feeling of "aloofness" or "lack of groove" we managed to earn 12 medals between the 4 of us and our 4 dances. My Knitting Guru Friend. Received a 1st, 2nd and 3rd! Posted by Kish @ 7:50 PM. Wednesday, May 24, 2006. Here is my latest creation. I used Southwest Trading Company's "Oasis" in the color Rose. It only took two skeins, which is good because it is pricey stuff! I have been ...

http://kishskorner.blogspot.com/2007_07_01_archive.html

A quiet knitting retreat. Friday, July 20, 2007. I know so much time has gone by since updating this blog. I have been busy working on my classroom getting ready for the "new bunch". The district decided to combine their elementary schools and so I am in a new school. My mom and I have been plugging away at getting things unpacked and ready to go. I actually haven't been knitting a great deal. I have been crocheting and doing needlepoint thought. Here are some of the things I have been working on. Make y...

Kish's Korner: October 2007

http://kishskorner.blogspot.com/2007_10_01_archive.html

A quiet knitting retreat. Sunday, October 28, 2007. They Keep Me Busy. Here are some shots of my little ones that keep me busy. I have taken to making clothes for them (sigh). I need to get some postings of the clothes that I have made for them on here. This first shot is of Hercules (obviously caught with his hand in the candy jar). I didn't make this sweatshirt, but he still looks cute. She is so tiny (2.5 lbs), it is easier to just make her clothes instead of search for them. Posted by Kish @ 9:15 PM.

The natural way to draw let's try. 25 Wochen Zeichen-Abenteuer – ein Kurs in Erfahrung. Über The Natural Way to Draw. So ist es nun mal. Meine Lieben. Was tun? 25 Wochen frei nehmen?
