Funny; you spend so many years being extra careful so as to not get pregnant, it feels a bit daunting doing the deed and knowing that this could be it. I bought myself a bbt thermometer from Amazon – you have to have a specific one with a 2 decimal point reading range in order to pick up the tiny fluctuations. I proceeded then to take my temperature religiously, daily as soon I woke and before getting out of bed, so as not to give inaccurate readings. I plotted the results on a useful app called Ovuline and also Kindara for good measure. Trying for a baby.
