We usually bring the biggest apple we can find on the 1st day of school but I found these cute cups at Home Goods and couldn't resist filling them with Tinas delicious Oreo Truffles. Sunday, December 25, 2011. And to all a good night. The children are all snuggled in their beds wrapped up in their new Christmas jammies. Santa has come to fill our stockings and we are all giddy with anticipation to talk to Brad tomorrow morning. I am truly blessed and grateful for so many things. Sunday, September 23, 2012. Thrifty with a capital "T". I LOVE to shop at D.I. I will be the first to admit that I haven't always loved it. In fact, there was a period of time that I couldn't stand to walk in D.I. (or any thrift store for that matter). I hated the smell, I got nauseated watching little kids play with dirty, grungy, broken toys and I just felt gross! I have changed my tune over the years. It took one great "find" and now I'm hooked! Here is the same picture, but with a little editing.

First Day of Summer 2015. June 16, 2015 in Uncategorized. Welcome back to our blog! Our entire family will take turns. Writing here to chronicle our summer vacation! On the first day of summer we headed over to Calafia beach to do some boogie boarding. To stop at costco to get 4 new boogie boards and lunch. Brecken tested out the boogie board right away. There were little tiny crabs all over the beach! They were all washed up on the shore. Most were dead. We all dug crab graves and buried about 400 crabs.
