Tuesday, January 30, 2007. We had a lovely little Deer in our garden wilderness this morning. I have seen her before but have never been able to grab my camera in time. She hung around for near on an hour this morning which was nice. She wondered over to see the chickens and then came right up to the back window. From a friend, via email and you’ve probably read it already but you know what, in the most festive way possible, I don’t care, you’re going to read it again! 1 cup of dark brown sugar. 1 cup of butter. 1 cup of granulated sugar. 2 cups of dried fruit. 1 tsp of baking soda. 1 tsp of salt. 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice. 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts. 2 cups of flour. 1 bottle of Jose Cuervo Tequila. Sample the Cuervo to check quality.
