Wednesday, April 29, 2009. As I mentioned in a previous post, the weather was anything but spectacular during our vacation in the Outer Banks, but we had a great time with our family! Josh, Wendi, Richard, Austin, Aunt Kimmie, Emma, and Justin on the Nature Hike. Sunday, May 17, 2009. Today we went with our friends to see our favorite monster, Elmo, LIVE! Emma was totally impressed with Elmo and all the characters! Richard was just as impressed! Although I have some precious pictures of Emma and her Daddy when she was first born and through her first months, they are downloaded in a different spot and hard to get to so I'm starting from her 10 month mark! Richard and Emma the morning he returned from his deployment to Iraq. He was gone for 6 months and was so excited to be home with Em! It didn't take her long at all to get used to him! Wednesday, September 3, 2014. Disney - Day 5. After a long day at the Magic Kingdom yesterday, we knew we needed a day off from the parks. Thankfully we love our resort and knew it would be both relaxing and fun for the kids to just hang out here at the Liki Tiki! By the time we got up and going the rains had moved in, but that wasn't going to stop our fun! With just a sunny rain, it was perfect weather to swim, play, and splash in puddles. Monday, June 30, 2014. Ping Pong Meet #2. Kate won't be an officially registered Boomer until tomorrow (July 1st), but Coach Tom knew she really wanted to participate in the Ping Pong meet so he added her into the schedule this afternoon! These swim meets are fun and definitely a confidence booster. Kate and Gabe are not strong swimmers with all the strokes yet, but they are learning!
