Vitamins - Diet Tip #4. While most people spent the holiday in the company of family eating delicious food, I was at home with a fever - not fun! I ended up getting very ill on Christmas Eve and am finally starting to feel a little better. The good thing is that I only ate soup 99% of the time, so I definitely did not overdo it with food.
