Monday, November 24, 2008. We had a big moment at the Bright house this weekend. Ellie has finally gotten to the point that she realizes that she is about to poop and tells us. This is big because she was telling us. She went and now she's telling us. I asked her if she poo-pooed and again she said, "I poo poo? Lee: Tiff, she just brought her potty in here. Ellie: I poo poo? Me: Yeah, she just told me that she went but there was nothing in her diaper. Lee: Well, maybe she has to go? Ellie: I poo poo!

Thursday, March 12, 2009. Ellie got to meet her new buddy this weekend, Emme Guerra. Emme was born to my friends Meg and Ruben. On February 25 and she's so sweet. She sleeps until 6 or 7 in the morning, and Mommy is loving it! Perfect timing b/c I have to go back to work.I will be much more well-rested for work if I don't have do a night feeding! Cooper had his first hair cut tonight. It was not excessively long, but it was definitely unruly. It has been getting thicker and longer in the back with cute little curls that generally straighten out into frizz after sleeping on it.
