When I was younger (aka pre-motherhood days) I use to make fun of 'those' people- the hippies. The weirdos that let their baby sleep with them in their bed. They wear their baby in a wrap around the house. They question the pediatrician over everything. They are hyper vigilant on what their kid eats, washes their hands way too much, and researches every detail. Oh I tried to fight it. So hard.

We finally chose a name but are not sharing yet on media because we have not yet told everyone we want to in person! Thursday, April 23, 2009. Jackson's 4 month checkup- 4/23/09. So this morning Chris and I took Jackson to his 4 month checkup at the pediatrician's. He weighs a whopping 16.9 lbs and is 25 1/4 inches long! He is in the 90th percentile for weight and the 60th percentile for height. I was happy about the height part especially, because at his 2 month check up he was measuring on the short side! LoL but that's okay if he's short like his mommy! Monday, June 1, 2015. Phil decided months ago he wanted to be an outside kitty. So, we've been allowing it during the day. We make him come in at night. Because, coyotes. We arrived home one evening and Phil's little face was ballooned up. The vet was closed so Ricky drove him to MSU's emergency facilities. He had been bitten by a venomous snake, but it was a dry bite. Since then. he has fully recovered. And is once again a full time INSIDE kitty. So naturally, we all started saying it.
