Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Happy 60th Birthday, Joyce! My "baby" sister, Joyce, turned 60 on May 16th! How can that be? Happy Birthday, Joyce! Congratulations, Teddy and Angie! After being together for about 15 years, Teddy and Angie finally tied the knot on May 14th! Paul officiated at a beautiful service in the party room of their apartment complex. Family and friends attended, and then we all celebrated at a delicious dinner afterwards! Better late than never. :-). We love you all! Saturday, May 7, 2011.

Thursday, August 23, 2012. Mabel's Birth, Part 2. I'm on a roll! Two posts in just a few days! I'm determined to tell this baby story! They were stopping for diapers on their way home (Jenna stayed in the car with Mabel), and I was doing some shopping while I had some free time. So Mabel had her first of many trips to Target when she was only 1 day old! I picked up Charlie from daycare, hung around for dinner, and then, since everyone was doing just fine, I went home. And Mabel just slept through it all!

Friday, August 31, 2012. Maddox Graduates from Pre-School! I can't believe that Maddox is already done with pre-school and ready for kindergarten! Where did those years go? Since he's been going to pre-school at my school in Cannon Falls, I've had the chance to watch him grow from a little 3-year old to a big 5-year old! What a difference a few years makes! This year's end-of-the-year program was during school time, but I was able to rearrange my schedule so I could attend. The kids sang songs,.

Sunday, July 24, 2011. The Pink Stripes Are Gone! Peeling the paper was the fun part. It came off in huge sheets, leaving the paper backing behind. Then came the work. I went through 2 bottles of CHOMP, and countless spray bottles of water as I wet down the paper and scraped and scraped and scraped some more. Friday, January 20, 2012. Jenna decided that Charlie really needed to see Santa, so a few days before Christmas, we headed to Mall of America, hoping it wouldn't be too crowded. We grabbed some food at Noodles and then got in line. Charlie watched as other kids sat on Santa's lap, some crying and others smiling. You want me to sit on that guy's lap? We had taken off his shirt while he ate, and we practically had to pin him to the ground to get his sweater back on him. Let me out of here!
