About The Children's Station. The Children’s Station (TCS) is an after school day care program serving children with physical and/or developmental disabilities. They may or may not have special health care needs, mental or behavioral challenges. The program is open for both ambulatory and non-ambulatory children from 3 to 18 years of age.
