Wednesday, April 6, 2011. We do our grocery shopping on Tuesdays at 9:45am (right after I drop Reese off at school). Brynn's excitement builds as we pull into the parking lot and get out of the car. She looks eagerly around for the grocery carts shaped like a car and then points and yells "Car! All through the store she waves and says "hi" to anyone we pass with her beautiful smile. She found this hat the other day and has been wearing it non-stop. Playing Peek-A-Boo with the camera. Fun at the Zoo.

Thursday, March 17, 2011. Visting Daddy at Work. We then went to eat lunch in the building's cafeteria and the girls did really well, though Brynn kept taking down the waiting line ropes and the kids were blocking most of the other people. Audrey came in our room at 6:10 and wanted to get in our bed, but I told her that Brooke would be scared if she woke up and Audrey wasn't there, so she needed to wait until it was daylight in her room before leaving. Wednesday, April 6, 2011. We've had an amazingly beautiful Spring this year with temperatures in the 70's and 80's for the past month. This rarely happens. Most of the time it goes directly from blistery winter weather of high 40's/low 50's to humid and hot (90's). We've had the windows open so often and the girls have been playing outside everyday! Clara pretending to be an elephant in her mud hole she dug. Brynn loving the "let it all out" weather! Jackson said: naughty baby play in water Ha ha!

Wednesday, May 26, 2010. We bought season passes to the Children's Museum this year. We went with some dear friends of ours the other day. Monday, June 29, 2009. Brooke's 1st Bike Ride. We were given a bike seat for toddlers, and Elmer was excited to be able to take both girls out for a bike ride. Thursday, December 10, 2009. Brooke's 1st Trip to the ER. To keep things exciting on Halloween, Brooke decided she wanted to visit the ER. After trick-or-treating, she pulled my Kitchen Aide blender (type noted because they are HEAVY! We had to keep her shoes on for 4 weeks. It is still healing as it is still a shade of purple/pink, but she is able to walk much better now. The doctor said that she may not get the flexibility back in the toe, but it looks like it is starting to come back.

Wednesday, December 31, 2008. We celebrated Christmas a few days later this year at Nana and Papa's house. We let the girls open their gifts from their Nana and Pop Pop from New Jersey on Christmas day, but made them wait for the rest of the gifts until Jennifer's side of the family got together. Tuesday, September 21, 2010. At Clara's school, the seniors get paired up with the kindergartners and act as mentors and buddies to them throughout the year. I am not sure what all this entails but I think they just become friends and the seniors play with them at recess and the kindergartners go to their seniors sports games or other activities they are involved in.
