We are very proud to have now started our own in-house brood stock selection programme which will enable us to offer a unique salmon from Scottish stock. Following seven years of pioneering development, working closely with the local North Uist fisheries, we are engaged with a long term broodstock programme. This Hebridean salmon has a distinct rosy colour and firm texture, whilst low oil content makes it ideal for the traditional smoking process.

Our pre-rigor, pin-bone-out fillets are cut within hours of harvest, to the latest stringent industry standards for temperature and hygiene control. We ensure minimum time from sea to customer and, as a result, maximum shelf life. These fillets are trimmed to customer specification. From C to E deep skinned, we have the flexibility to produce bespoke fillet sizing and packaging.

We are delighted to work with the George Kerr Junior Judo Club in Stornoway, providing a funding package to help local children take part in this increasingly popular sport. Since the club started in 2010, more than 100 members have joined and another 500 local children have taken part in judo sessions organised at their schools to promote healthy eating and exercise.
