I know I’ve been really bad about blogging but I don’t find much time to actually sit down and write and it’s not always easy to blog from my phone! Updates on life… I had my fitness evaluation last week and everything went great! So far I have lost 19lbs of fat and gained almost a pound of muscle in 5 months!
