A chance trip down to do some measuring from outside, and David wanted to show me how the garage light goes on when you open the back garage door, and I did my usual check of the door into the pantry, and it was unlocked! What a great day for the first day of spring, and my baby garden is starting to show signs as well:. Dwarf Peaches in flower. Azaleas starting to bloom. On another note, The Avenue at Casey. Website has had a revamp and now has artists impressions of our new future shopping centre. Looks good. It will be great to see some action on that pile of dirt at the front of the estate! From Charles Green to Charlbury. Wednesday, August 1, 2012. Ready Steady Go Veggo! Finally my veggie garden has arrived and is in place ready for us to fill and plant. We now have pavers and pebbles up the dead side of the house and Raymond has paved around the veggie garden for easy access. Now to buy some fruit trees and get some mushroom compost and pea straw, but that can wait till after this weekend. Veggie garden with paving all around. Dead side of house now completed. We have had ongoing tradespeople coming in on a weekly basis to fix bits and pieces and now we are both back at work, time is very precious. New alfresco furniture ready to go. It has been a week since we had our little inspection of the floorboards that have been installed in the house, and once again we have been locked out! Imagine my frustration when on visiting last Sunday I can see that our kitchen and bathroom cabinets have been installed and I CAN'T GET IN to see them. This means, please sir, can I come in? See the skirting boards ready to go! A Glimpse of my great pantry. This will need to be replaced!
