They disappeared quickly, and everyone raved over them. Here is how he made them:. 12 oz imitation crab meat mixed with real snow crab meat. 4 oz mini (salad) shrimp. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup white wine. 1 (8 oz.) bottle of clam juice. 16 oz herb-seasoned bread stuffing.
