Actually he got two pairs because Amazon. Was having a great sale. I'm a little jealous because the girl Robeez are adorable! Monday, September 19, 2011. Our Mostly Finished Living Room. I have this ugly orange folder where I keep my house decorating inspirations. It's like a more archaic form of Pinterest. I call it Staplering:. Anyway, this month we officially celebrated our one-year anniversary as Savannah homeowners. Though I have completely underestimated how long it takes to finish working on a home, our living room is for the most part complete. This is what it looked like when we moved in:. And here's what we did:.

Tuesday, November 22, 2011. And there are so many worthy options:. Regular cinnamon rolls with vanilla glaze. Or super awesome cream cheese frosting. Or Buttermilk syrup (which my southern lady friend calls Buttermilk "gravy"). Or pumpkin cinnamon rolls with pumpkin pie spices. And, of course, super awesome cream cheese frosting. Or I could be really ridiculous and make cookie dough again. Or stuff the cinnamon rolls with apples sauteed in brown sugar and butter. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Paul, Ashley, and our monkeys: July 2011
http://paulashleyandthemonkeys.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Paul, Ashley, and our monkeys. Friday, July 22, 2011. I had a lot of fun with this project! When I set up my new TV stand. I knew I needed something on either side of the TV. To take away from the TV-ish-ness of all it all. Anyhoo. I've always thought topiary trees darling around the house, so I set out for my local Craft Warehouse to begin channeling my inner moss ball. ( Wow, Ash, feeling a little weird today? Imagine my surprise and delight when I found the perfect balls on sale for $3 a piece! I felt...

Paul, Ashley, and our monkeys: May 2011
http://paulashleyandthemonkeys.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Paul, Ashley, and our monkeys. Thursday, May 26, 2011. I was reading John chapter 2 for my devotional time this afternoon, where Christ overturns tables in the temple because merchants came in and turned the practice of sacrificing to God into a money-making enterprise. I've heard this passage many times, but have never taken the time to dig deeper to see how it can be applicable to me. This morning it pressed a question on my heart: "How sacred do I hold the things of God? Sunday, May 15, 2011. There re...

After my dad dropped West home from school (the mini-van doesn't do snow) I figured this would be the perfect day to fulfill my promise of a gingerbread man to the chillins. West has been learning about the story at school and brought home a book/audio story. Listening to the audio story while baking}. 2 minutes after that. Stay safe out there this weekend!

http://paulashleyandthemonkeys.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Paul, Ashley, and our monkeys. Wednesday, September 14, 2011. Thoughtful and a little teary this morning, so if you're not in the mood for musings, I advise clicking back to your blogger dashboard :). Letting go this week. Today I'm taking my baby to see his preschool class for the first time, and even though he keeps telling me "You no be sad Mama, ok? What if his teacher doesn't treat him right, what if the other kids are mean, what if he learns to act in ways I don't want him to? I told you so. Greenw...

http://paulashleyandthemonkeys.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Paul, Ashley, and our monkeys. Tuesday, February 15, 2011. These are a few of my favorite things. Ok, I'm so proud of myself I just had to share! We have a Gap Visa and get kickback money to Gap for the $ we occasionally spend on it. So every couple of months I get to treat myself to an *almost* free new something. This time around it was a charcoal-grey corduroy jacket. It Goes. With. Everything. Just in case you wanted to check it out ;). 12-18 months (did you hear that Briella? I'm not sure if this is...
