Bringing the Zoo to You. McCalls of the Wild. We have quite the gang: four black vultures and two turkey vultures. All of these native birds have been injured and are non-releasable, but have found a home at The Creature Conservancy. Via licensed rehabilitators and veterinary hospitals. In the summer of 2011 work began to construct a suitable habitat for them. They now live in an enclosure so appealing that the wild turkey vultures would like to join them (see photos below!
