Masih ingat wajah-wajah ibu -ibu yang curhat mengenai cake bantet . yang end up dengan kalimat " oooooo.taaaaah etaaaa.pantesaaaan".xixixi. Oh iya, kali ini masih tentang pengolahan makanan dari Ubi dan aku mengambil resep dari Sedap Sekejap. 300 gr Ubi ( kukus dan haluskan). 250 gr gula pasir. 300 ml santan encer. 70 gr tepung kanji. 35 gr tepung beras. 100 gr tepung kanji.
