I honestly had plenty of things to blog about, but I just wasn't motivated to post anything. So here is a quick update, using mostly pictures to let everyone know what we have been up to lately. Sunday, October 5, 2008. Fall Is Finally Here! This weekend Cory and I took a ride on the four wheelers, up Farmington Canyon, to see the leaves before they all fall off. It was gorgeous! There were so many colors and the clouds were sitting right on top of us! I was a nice peaceful ride.I am so glad we got a chance to go up before it starts getting too cold. Sunday, October 5, 2008. Last weekend we went deer hunting up by Flaming Gorge. My family has gone hunting ever since I was born and when I was about seventeen I finally got a license and started carrying a gun too. I got a deer the first year I went and I have gotten one every other year since then.until this year! My streak has been broken.we didn't even see a single freaking buck this year! Saturday, October 25, 2008. We have been running in the mornings but this is the first hike he has been on so it totally wiped him out. Friday, October 7, 2011. Homemade Corn Dogs (Baked). 1 box corn muffin mix (jiffy mix). 1 to 2 tsp chili powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. They say to add 1/2 tsp of some hot sauce but i didn't have any and they turned out fine. 1 package of hot dogs (i used bar S). Preheat oven to 425. Combine all ingredients with a mixer will be kinda a muffin batter consistancy. Pat dry hot dogs. Dip in batter and try to get completely covered with batter. no thicker than 1/2 inch.
