Gluten-Free, Allergy Friendly Baking and Cooking. A few years ago my life was turned upside down. After eating anything i wanted for my entire life, I was told that I had developed a plethora of allergies, and would no longer be able to enjoy some of my favorite foods. However, I was a bit too stubborn to believe that and decided i would figure out a way to 'Have my cake and eat it too.'. This journey of learning how to eat again, bake, and cook led me to find my way to what I now call The Dizzy Baker.
