Easier than bread as it does not need to rise . Still a hassle to knead the dough for 5-10 mins by hand . The rolling was not easy too . Because fresh pasta tends to stick to the roller . Too much flour will become doughy . Too little will be too wet . And the machine is hard to operate unless Mom has 3 hands! Flipping, turning, churning .
