Grapes need one hundred days to ripen and in that time they need a lot of sun and heat. Sun. Are not Scotland's strongest points. We are however excellent. At making fruit wines such as bramble, elderflower, raspberry, etc. These wines can sometimes be an acquired taste but are well worth. It takes a lot of time effort and money.
