As of July 24, 2013, I hit my goal of losing 100 lbs, putting me in my Healthy Weight Range after 3 years & 3 months of important lifestyle changes, while maintaining my loss for two years. My goal is to healthy (not skinny) so that I can live my life to the fullest with those I love. I hope this can encourage others, as this ride truly is worth it.
