From A Forest To A Farm. The road was extended to have a turn-around between the spot where the barn is to be built and where the house is to stand. The pastures were named as to their position in relation to the barn.

Today's aging population is choosing the Tennessee Walking Horse more and more for trail riding because of its comfortable natural gaits, gentle even disposition, intelligence, size, color and conformation. In addition to the feature of other horses, the Tennessee Walking Horse has the flat walk, running walk and canter like no other horse. It is truly the most wonderful ride of your life. All of the horses at The Farm can be traced back to the original Tennessee Walking Horse foundation horses.

The Wilson Pasture was started on February 12, 2005. It was completed on May 15, 2005. The driveway was started on February 21, 2006. It was completed on March 11, 2006. The Barn Parking was completed in 2006. The Trail System was completed in 2007. The barn project was two years in the making from July 2006 until July 2008. The Water Pedestal was started and completed in August of 2008. The Archie Cross Trail was completed in 2008. The Leonardus Loop was completed in 2009. The Round Pen is portable.

There are other animals on The Farm. They support the horses. Guinea fowl keep down the tick population, chickens keep down the insect population, snakes and cats keep down the rodent population and humming birds and bees pollinate the fruit trees which provide fruit to the horses.
