What I Ate Wednesday. Recipe: Apple and Berry Oatmeal Bake. Apple and Berry Oatmeal Bake. 2 apples (I used Pink Lady Apples). 1 tsp baking powder. Almonds (or your preference of nuts). 1 tsp mixed spice. 2 cups almond milk. 2 tsp vanilla extract. Heat the oven to 180C and grease or line a 9 inch tin.
