Boomerangs FS enters nine (competitive) age groups into one of the three tiers of elite NSW Futsal competitions. Games are played on a home and away basis from October to February and involve competitive teams from Under 12s through to Open Men’s and Women’s. Development squads are also included for U11 and U10 boys and girls. Home games will be played at the AIS Training Halls with away games to various corners of Sydney (and Wollongong). 2015 proved to be a disappointing season for the Boomerangs Club in the F-League. The Boomerangs men finished the season in 8th position on the ladder, with only three wins for the season. The finals were contested by ladder topping Vic Vipers, who were demolished 7-1 in the semi-final against fourth placed East Coast Heat. Second v Third saw Dural triumph over Sydney rivals Inner West Magic (4-1). The Grand Final saw the Heat narrowly defeat the Warriors in a classic match 3-2. August 5, 2016.

Another successful season for the Boomerangs Women finishing third in the regular season which featured only six competing teams. The semi-final saw a dominant Boomerangs team overcome a much improved South Brisbane 5-2 setting up a Grand Final rematch with the Sydney Scorpions. The Grand Final proved to be a much closer game than 12 months earlier, but again saw the Scorpions defeat the Boomerangs women (3-2). The competition ladder at the end of the season:. The FFA F-League is the highest level of elite Futsal played in Australia and the only domestic competition played to full international rules. The Boomerangs are one of only two clubs that have participated in every season of the men’s competition since its inception in 2011 (the other are the Dural Warriors). Boomerangs FS is also an inaugural member of the F-League Women’s competition (from 2013). The 2016 season commenced on May 21 and continues till August. Further information on the links below.
