It seems only fair to also give the meat a chance to shine with this lovely dip. I prepared some pork chops ( glazed with honey ), pepper onion sausages, bacon beef burgers and chicken drumsticks. The Mild Mango Dip complimented the pepper flavor of the sausages so well that I could have eaten a dozen of them.
