Horn OK Please: Passing feelings that brighten up busy evenings
http://horn-ok.blogspot.com/2014/08/passing-feelings-that-brighten-up-busy-evenings.html
Saturday, August 30, 2014. Passing feelings that brighten up busy evenings. I was sitting in the deafening silence of the library one evening when three whispered conversations were struck up behind me. Forgetting completely for a moment that I was in a library, I had the most pleasant feeling that I was in a dark forest instead with whispering trees around me. I just had to close my eyes to prolong the feeling. Saturday, August 30, 2014. Labels: a trickle of whims. November 18, 2014 at 2:56 AM.

Horn OK Please: That's Captain Anisha to You!
http://horn-ok.blogspot.com/2013/05/thats-captain-anisha-to-you.html
Friday, May 17, 2013. That's Captain Anisha to You! You see, owing to my tendency to get lost in far away thoughts at the snap of a finger, I never really paid attention to where I was going. For the most part, in my head, directions from A to B are something like this:. What I resorted to, was what Douglas Adams calls Zen navigation – find a car that looks as if it knows where it’s going and follow it(“The results are often more surprising than successful, but it’s usually worth ...8221;,”Graa! 8221;) w...

Horn OK Please: My Travelling Home
http://horn-ok.blogspot.com/2014/03/my-travelling-home.html
Saturday, March 29, 2014. I like to imagine I own a truck which I drive in search of stories and adventures. Sometimes I let the truck take me places, as it has a compass hidden away somewhere in its recesses, whose needle points unfailingly in the direction of new adventures. The truck is my travelling home. Since this is still my imagination being whimsical, why don't I tell you how I collect stories and memories? A bottle of skies. I also discovered the truck has quite the repertoire of honks which it...

Horn OK Please: A Pictorial Guide To Stashing Away Scents
http://horn-ok.blogspot.com/2013/03/a-pictorial-guide-to-stashing-away-scents.html
Wednesday, March 6, 2013. A Pictorial Guide To Stashing Away Scents. Today smells good enough to make me grin for absolutely no reason. Wouldn't it be great to have a shelf full of scents and breezes that you stashed away for a day that needed it? Here's what you have to do:. 1 Take one long breath in that would make a yoga guru proud. 2 Pause for a little bit till your lungs start to burst( this is a necessary step). 3 While your lungs just begin to burst, look for a cork and a bottle. Wish in a Bottle.

Horn OK Please: In Which I Reveal a Morning Routine to the Internet
http://horn-ok.blogspot.com/2014/07/in-which-i-reveal-morning-routine-to-the-internet.html
Monday, July 7, 2014. In Which I Reveal a Morning Routine to the Internet. I am not going to go in to glorious detail about my ablutions or ceremonies on the water closet. No, this post is about a different morning routine altogether (someone shrieks). If your guess had sinister underground dungeon in it, then you're wrong again. I will reserve that. Routine for another post. One of Goofy's favourite places is right outside my gate. Oh it's you," he seems to say every morning, closing his eyes again, gre...

Horn OK Please: A Penchant For Bus Tickets
http://horn-ok.blogspot.com/2013/07/a-penchant-for-bus-tickets_30.html
Tuesday, July 30, 2013. A Penchant For Bus Tickets. I cannot seem to remember why I started collecting bus tickets. I have always liked how they looked, with all those numbers printed and stamped on them. They probably have a significant meaning, but to me they speak of all the happenings in buses. Two. Aunties with orange flowers in their hair, gossiping away. Fifty five. Might easily be the number of. Beat whistle that the bus conductor uses to tell the driver that everyone is on board. Eight. December 5, 2016 at 9:45 am ( art. BLT) is back with yet another production, an original English language adaptation of 1950’s movie,. I admit I had my reservations. My mind said, “No, nobody can do justice to SVR, NTR, ANR and Savitri.” Last evening, I watched Maya Bazaar at Alliance Francaise – and, it was just awesome! Dang, I cannot reveal anything! Because you must watch it yourself to enjoy the production in all its glory. Superb comic timing, fantastic connections with current issues, and. You are...

Horn OK Please: Upon Us All a Little Rain Must Fall

Friday, June 14, 2013. Upon Us All a Little Rain Must Fall. The druid of my soul considers cycling in the rain as one of the main ingredients he uses when making soul curry. I had a generous helping of it a few days ago, when I was out with a borrowed cycle, and my soul is still burping contentedly. Fifteen minutes with a cycle and the rain was all it took to make me feel like a carefree balloon in the wind. A picture from long ago, taken when I went cycling with a MoonRiver. Other posts on the rain:.
