Monday, August 31, 2009. On Thursday I headed to Dallas for "Dallas Mania" convention. This is a 3 day explosion of the newest fitness knowledge and training! It is so much fun! Sunday, September 27, 2009. Big Dam Bridge 100. Before you think I rode 100 miles on my bike let me correct you now! I am not that crazy! I have been training 3x a week to riding my bike and increasing my mileage getting ready for the Big Dam Bridge Ride. My great buddy from Conway got me into biking while I got him and some others into running. I love to ride and never had anyone in Crossett who had a road bike. Then Brenda entered my life! The way the sun was on the water and the glow, I had to shout!

Tuesday, April 21, 2009. Kole and James Patrick McCarron. That is me in the middle getting ready for the ride! Amy K, Me, Alisha and Shelly! Kris is everywhere in Conway! Kris knows what is good! We had such a great time in Conway last week! I am taking the ACE personal trainer test this summer. So I was grateful to Conway Regional Fitness center for helping me so much w/ my questions! I got to spend some precious time w/ Melinda, too! He is on American Idol, my favorite contestant EVER since Mandisa!

Friday, March 12, 2010. And I mean loves trains! So, he and Travis went to pick it up and the night they brought it home, we unloaded and took it on a little test drive. It has a steering wheel, bell and knobs to play with inside it. It is so cute. It was made out of two lawnmowers. What a nice grandpa to build this for his grandson.
