The good thing is the kids are good sleepers - even after waking at 4:00 AM to get into the hotel room, they were back to sleep in no time and stayed asleep until 10:00 AM, which meant I did manage to get in six hours before getting up and getting started on our day. The good - it was a beautiful drive!

Tales of Free Range Homeschooling and Life. Thursday, June 4, 2009. We have a nest! Well, Chris will be signing the lease for our rental tomorrow morning. It is a 2 bedroom white farm house with very large yard (makes my old large look tiny). While this was not what we had intended (renting not buying, in Crescent not the college town) it is just lovely. The rent money goes to support a missionary in the Phillipines (you just don't get cooler than that! It is even cute. God is great! We have a nest!

We are truly spiritual beings in a physical body, are we not? God made us and breathed life into us. Our physical bodies are just a "shell", if you will, that we live in until we die. That's not the end of us! There are heavenly bodies and there are earthly bodies. He lived through all temptations and succeeded!
