Running amok | Cass as The Garden Lass

https://thegardenlass.wordpress.com/2013/04/30/running-amok

Cass as The Garden Lass. Sharing joy from my gardening adventures. Growing wild, sort of. Had blackberry growing in a planter near this spot and moved it last year to a different location, then one day from in between the rocks all this new growth started around the new pot (with blueberry plant) and decided to let it have it’s way. It is growing and blossoming like crazy and I am really excited about getting some lovely fruit later this summer! Homegrown fruits and vegetables. And tagged backyard oasis.

The long one is from one planter the 2 smaller ones from another. I almost let the one get too tall and skinny before harvesting. Posted with WordPress for BlackBerry. This entry was posted on February 19, 2013, in Uncategorized. And tagged asparagus grown in containers. Grow what you eat. Plan before tree planting. Running amok →. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

The Garden Lane

Reflections on Life in a Southern Garden. Wednesday, January 18, 2012. T is an old proverb that you can count how many seeds there are in an apple, but you cannot count how many apples there are in a seed. But oh my! The collection of acorns are from our Southern Red Oak, or the much more romantic name. I have admired these beautiful trees with their rich fall colors for many years but was never able to find them for sale in any garden centers or even mail-order. Such wonderful images these tiny seeds co...
