There is no experience quite on par with that of walking into the bathroom of a hostel, looking out the window, and seeing the craggy mountain and ruins of the Acropolis. Right there. I love the blue-capped buildings. They matched the sea. Despite coming with no strict itinerary other than to see the main sights, we managed to wedge in a lot in our two nights there. Poseidon is all COME AT ME BRO.

It’s been quite a while since I last posted here, but I have a few good reasons: the past few weeks have been busy, my darling mother paid me a visit however, my most notable reason is that when I went to Barcelona a couple of weeks ago, the city stole my heart (and my iPhone, thus rendering me picture-less until last week when I got it replaced.).

It is a terrifying experience. Similar to what I experienced. It was not uncommon to come across a lone dead chicken and I could deal with them without bating an eye lid, but there was one morning, near the end of our stay, when I was in checking on the hens and I turned a corner and what did I find?
