I caught Dylan the other day hanging out on the coffee table watching TV. He figured out how to climb onto Lauren's chair to get up there. Gotta keep a close eye on him. :). Easter is a very long weekend for us. From Easter egg hunts to family gatherings, it seems like we never stop.Well, we try to stop for naps, but sometimes that doesn't always work out as planned. July is a busy month. We arrived on Friday at the Dreams Cancun Resort and Spa. Upon check-in, we were greeted by the hotel staff with cold hand towels and an icy cold beverage. Big 12 Championship Game. We went to the Big 12 Championship Game this year. What an incredible nail biting, heart pounding game. Really, the last couple of minutes were nerve-racking. Longhorns come through with a Win in literally the last second of the game! Ps IT WAS FREEZING OUTSIDE, but nice and toasy inside the stadium! Oh yeah.and our Nebraska 'friends' pssh.they lost! One of the many joys in having little girls.Ballet and Tap! Lauren started dance in January and has been preparing for her very first recital coming up in May. We are so excited to see her perform, we can hardly stand it! I must say.she is one of the most graceful 3 year old ballerinas we have ever seen and we couldn't be more proud of her. Getting ready for dance! She loves, loves, loves her little nutcracker. Love that posture and first position.such focus. Call me miss graceful". Her solo tap walk!

Who knew those little delicious mini oreos and gummy lifesavers could be transformed into such an 'earthly' creature. I present to you. one of lauren's art projects at school. Too bad it's not edible. the teacher made it a point to let me know there was. On the project. so spoiled it for me. Kidding, i knew it wasn't edible so instead I went out and bought a whole package of mini oreos) yum, yum! In honor of Teacher Appreciation Week.WE LOVE YOU TEACHERS! Thanks for all that you do! You might be asking yourself, "when did Daisy learn to write her letters so nicely? Weeelll, I still have a long way to go. Lauren gets all the credit on this one. Lauren is preparing for Pre-K after she turns 4 this summer and is writing her letters and numbers more and more clearly every day. Thursday, February 26, 2009. For the last couple of weeks I seriously thought that I had another baby growing inside of me! But I passed my glucose with flying colors and now just wait for the next two weeks to pass and see how big this "little" guy will be then. I am officially 28 weeks but am measuring around 31 weeks! Pretty crazy, right? Both boys also always measured way ahead and Nicholas was 8.11 and Luke was 8.4. I know that doesn't sound terribly. Posted by The Boyds. PAGING DR. McDREAMY!
