Monday, August 26, 2013. 3 Carrots Stalks, fully peeled. 1/2 cup of minced Onions. 1/2 tbsp of Coconut Oil. 2 tsp of lemon juice. Pour Coconut oil in medium heat pan, allow the onions to sauté till desired color,. Then add peeled Carrots, Cook for about 7 mins or till desired tenderness. Carrots and onions sautéing. Sunday, May 26, 2013. Freshly Blanched Organic Almonds. Blend to process into flour. Raw Honey to sweeten the cookies! Non GMO Coconut Sugar. 1/2 cup of butter, soft or coconut oil. 1/2 cup of honey. 1/4 teaspoon of salt. 1 teaspoon of baking soda. 3 1/2 cups of almond flour. Sprinkles of Coconut Sugar. Cream the butter and honey together. Add the egg, salt, and baking soda to the butter/honey mixture and blend well. Blend in the almond flour. Freeze the dough for at least 30 minutes, or up to an hour.
